As a Security Expert Witness, Pat is highly skilled
with premises liability cases where the theory of
inadequate security has been asserted. He has been
retained in cases involving parking lots, shopping
centers, retail loss prevention, nightclubs and bars, as well as taxi
companies. His cases have involved sexual
assault, robbery and homicide.
He has over 35 years experience in the development
and executive management of security programs.
Pat has extensive knowledge of a wide range of
physical security methodologies, including security
lighting, CCTV, access control systems and central
station alarms. He has conducted over
1000 security assessments in his career in venues
such as office buildings, warehouses, schools, and
retailers. He has extensive experience in the
development and implementation of enterprise level
security programs, training and awareness. He

nationwide, including contracts and post orders. He
understands appropriate hiring and screening
standards, training needs, and supervision

CARE: Community Awareness, Response, & Education to educate apartment property
