Retail Loss Prevention.  We have an extensive background in retail loss prevention management from both the field and Corporate Director perspective that span over 22 years.  This provides counsel with a unique insight into cases involving retail Loss Prevention with issues such as false arrest, shoplifting, , excessive use of force, false imprisonment, employee theft, wrongful termination. malls, and other retail settings.  

Security Guards:  Guard competency and oversight is often called to the forefront in civil cases.
