Our consulting services can assist
your company in two ways:
-
Active Investigation "Virtual"
Assistance.
Companies can not always afford to have a private investigation
performed over several days or weeks with an investigator on
the ground. It also may be premature to contact law
enforcement. Internal resources may be sufficient
to conduct the investigation but they lack an
investigative strategy. How can you proceed
successfully?
We offer to partner with management via
phone, video and web conferencing to help guide an
investigation. We offer consultation in document
examination, evidence gathering, interview strategy, and
prosecution.
Creating a
proactive theft awareness program. The best
approach to theft and fraud detection is to be vigilant
through awareness. Awareness is both a formal
process through checks and balances and internal
auditing and through education.
We can help your company after an embezzlement has
occurred by analyzing many of the bookkeeping functions
to identify causation and to strengthen related
processes.
In addition we
provide substantial corporate level experience to
review operational policies, procedures and
practices to allow creation of a more proactive
approach.
