Training Formats
Review and
Training: After prior planning
discussions, I will come to your site to review
how you currently conduct policy and procedures
and then offer training content customized to
those areas. This can be done in two
phases so that appropriate training material and
content can be created and approved.
Train the Trainer:
Sometimes the best approach to training is to provide
the core group of trainers with the skills they will
need on a particular topic. We embrace this
approach and will work with your team of trainers.
Departmental Training: We can produce training for
a class room setting for specific departments.
Typically these could include human resources,
legal, operations, and, of course, security/loss
prevention. We develop a customized
presentation to address your needs.
Workshops:
A workshop is designed for a small group to
take advantage of a high level of interaction.
The number of topics should be limited to fit
into a one or two-day setting.
Seminars:
We can produce seminars for large groups or
as a break-out session for other meetings.
Content can be developed as needed. Security and Loss
